Environmental Management System (EMS)
Innocare pursues balanced development among the environment, society, and economy. In 2020, the company established and obtained certification for the ISO14001 Environmental Management System. Annual external verification is conducted to maintain the validity of the ISO14001 Environmental Management System certificate (valid from October 15, 2023 to October 15, 2026).
INNOCARE will begin implementing ISO14064 greenhouse gas inventory and externally verified certification in 2022, with 2021 as the base year. The company will continue to receive certification annually through external verification. (2023 certification number: C673689-2023-AG-TWN-DNV; 2024 certification number: C755840-2024-AG-TWN-DNV).

Green consumption.
Innocare Optoelectronics Corp. will apply for Environmental Protection Green Points in 2023, and use them as a reward voucher for promoting “green consumption cycle” by integrating employee environmental education and environmentally-friendly activities.

Compliance with environmental laws and regulations.
Innocare Optoelectronics Corp. adheres to relevant domestic environmental laws and regulations and ISO 14001 environmental management system standards, and conducts regular internal audits in the factory area. It is committed to minimizing environmental impacts and achieving environmental goals.
There were no violations of environmental laws and regulations from 2020 to 2024.
Biodiversity
Climate change is closely related to biodiversity, and it is one of the causes of biodiversity loss. Innocare Optoelectronics Corp. is committed to environmental natural resource conservation and also responds to climate change to mitigate threats to biodiversity.
From 2021 to 2023, Innocare Optoelectronics Corp. continued to cooperate with its parent company, Innolux, and the Innolux Education Foundation to hold biodiversity environmental parent-child education activities, demonstrating its commitment to environmental natural resource conservation and biodiversity.
