Innocare Optoelectronics Corp. strives for balanced development across environmental, social, and economic aspects. The company established and passed the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System in 2020, and aims to maintain its validity until 2023 while continuously optimizing system management.
Innocare Optoelectronics Corp. implemented ISO 14064-1 Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Inventory and External Verification in 2022, with the base year set as 2021. The company passed the verification, and plans to continue the GHG inventory and external verification in 2023.

Green consumption.
Innocare Optoelectronics Corp. will apply for Environmental Protection Green Points in 2023, and use them as a reward voucher for promoting “green consumption cycle” by integrating employee environmental education and environmentally-friendly activities.

Compliance with environmental laws and regulations.
Innocare Optoelectronics Corp. adheres to relevant domestic environmental laws and regulations and ISO 14001 environmental management system standards, and conducts regular internal audits in the factory area. It is committed to minimizing environmental impacts and achieving environmental goals.
There were no violations of environmental laws and regulations from 2020 to 2023.
Biodiversity
Climate change is closely related to biodiversity, and it is one of the causes of biodiversity loss. Innocare Optoelectronics Corp. is committed to environmental natural resource conservation and also responds to climate change to mitigate threats to biodiversity.
From 2021 to 2023, Innocare Optoelectronics Corp. continued to cooperate with its parent company, Innolux, and the Innolux Education Foundation to hold biodiversity environmental parent-child education activities, demonstrating its commitment to environmental natural resource conservation and biodiversity.
